Why gain weight for no reason. Take time for you & only you. Whatever hobbies/interests u like. Sci-Fi Films, bird-watching, gardening, art/drawing, hiking...whatever tickles your fancy THAT DOESNT'RELY ON SOMEONE ELSE! Sink yourself into them and enjoy quality time with pet if available and sooner or later you'll forget the person's name!
